1. Function:
– To ensure about the interests of customers in using the products which provided by Tan Hiep Phuong Company.
– To secure about the goods quality not to lose value when there is any incident that must be done the warranty.
– Product warranty: Repairing the damage, the technical problems caused by the manufacturer.
– Maintenance: Including the product hygiene, system testing, repairing of minor errors that can be fixed (excluding the replacement of components).
2. Warranty period:
The warranty period will be effective from the selling date.
The warranty period will depend on each item and each brand:

3. Warranty conditions:
- The products which provided by Tan Hiep Phuong MFG & Trading Co., Ltd (enclosed the correct model and serial number at the bill)
- The products are still in the warranty period, the serial numbers on the product are still undamaged and must be matched the serial numbers saved on Tan Hiep Phuong’s system.
- The warranty stamp (if any) affixed on the product must be intact.
- If there is any technology problem in Warranty time, please not open tools.
- The technical problems which caused by the manufacturer.
- According to the operation manual instruction when using.
